Marieke and Nathan

Sorry I've been a little absent here the past week! A TON has gone on and I need to get caught up! :)

Last week started off with a really cool engagement session I did with Marieke and Nathan. The three of us ended up hanging out quite a bit, having dinner before hand and then shooting for a few hours and I can't remember the last time I've laughed so hard! My intern Alison came by and joined us halfway through and we seriously couldn't stop laughing! Nathan, you have the best sense of humor ever! :)

I also got a new camera, the Canon Mark IIn about a week ago and have been playing with it. It's such a great camera and will really allow us to do some really exciting things.

Check out some of the images from the night....

Ah! You're too sweet!

Seriously, Alison and I were the ones who had all the fun!

Can't wait for you to see the rest of 'em!

Chris- you do AWESOME work! It's too bad I live on the east coast or I would totally hire you!

Fabulous photos!!! Those are the best engagement photos I have seen in a long time. I love how you can see and feel the emotion between the two love birds. Posed and canned studio protraits are great for family photo day or year books so I am so delighted to see something that shows how you feel rather than just how you look. :) Props to the two cuties and to their photographer.

Hey thanks you guys! I'm glad you like 'em!

Honestly, it's easy to come up with good stuff when you have such a great couple with such great personalities.

Becky, just so you know we're available for travel anywhere in the U.S. :) Last year we had a blast going to Oklahoma, Arizona, and all over CA. Next year we'll be in Chicago, Oregon, and Hawaii, so let us know if you're interested in having us come out to your area! :)

Ooh Marieke- we might just have to have a photographer at a CWFO get together in central U.S.! I'll keep that in mind Chris- you are very talented!

Chris; Marieke has been checking your blog 100x a day for these pics! :D They turned out great!

We absolutely LOVE your style and thank you for being so positive during the shoot! It let us get into the mood and focus on each other alot easier, plus it's alot easier to be in a photo shoot if you just imagine that the paparazzi are shooting you! J/K.

Without a doubt we want you to shoot for our wedding! I loved how you just went with the moment and found us in our element, rather than trying to push us into random situations :) .

You're a natural photographer, and thanks for all your help. May God be in all of your work, and trust in him for everything you need.

Thanks again, and best of luck in your career and with your fiance.

Marieke and I would love to go to dinner with you and your fiance sometime in the near future so give Marieke a call or an email and let her know when youd both be available!

Sincerely,
Nathan Rain Schwartz
